Chd is dedicated to providing for the civic, social, and educational welfare of people in need of supportive services. this includes the establishment of group residences, community outreach, foster care, homelessness prevention, juvenile justice, mental health and addiction services, social enterprises, educational and training programs. chd serves children and families, youth, and adults with physical, intellectual and mental disabilities.
