Tcf is organized and operated for chartibale purposes primarily for the long term benefit of the tulsa metropolitan area and eastern oklahoma charitable causes.
See schedule o.in its other charitable services, tulsa community foundation oversees scholarship funds created to encourage students to attain the highest level of education and training; emergency assistance and disaster relief grants to relieve the effects of poverty or assist those who have been negatively impacted by natural/civil disasters; and, endowment funds designated to benefit over 300 charitable organizations. tcf also supported the work of a wide variety of charitable projects including, but not limited to, folds of honor, which provides scholarships to families who have been negatively impacted by the death or disability of a person on active military duty, and healthy minds policy initiative, which helps inform oklahomans advance data-driven strategies to overcome oklahoma's substance use challenges and meet the mental health needs of all oklahomans.
