Crisiscenterstone's il crisis services mobile crisis response team responds promptly, face to face, to the location of clients of all ages in crisis including homes, schools, jails, hospitals and other community locations 24/7 to provide crisis services on a no decline "anyone, anywhere, anytime" basis. the team arrives on average within 90 minutes of request for crisis services. a comprehensive crisis screening is completed and based on the outcome of the screening, the client is linked to the most appropriate level of care based on the minimum restriction necessary to aid with safety, whether that is outpatient mental health services, other community resources, or inpatient psychiatric treatment. in fy25 3,415 crisis screens were completed by the team across six counties including madison, franklin, jackson, williamson, perry and union. of those screens the team was able to deflect from higher levels of care for just over 50% of clients, and all clients seen by the crisis team received ample follow-up to engage them into services post crisis. centerstone began providing 988 services in illinois in july 2024. centerstone covers 86 counties as a primary responder and back-up for all 102 counties within illinois. with centerstone joining the illinois 988 network, the in-state answer rate rose from 52.1% to an average above 90% within the first 3 months of implementation. this answer rate remained consistent throughout the remainder of fy25. centerstone's 988 crisis call center ended fy25 with 90,903 calls answered with an average speed to answer of 20.3 seconds and an average talk time of 14.1 minutes.

I/dd group homecenterstone's community integrated living arrangement (cila) programs support adults with intellectual disabilities in living fulfilling lives in their communities. meaningful work experience is available to residents through community day services (cds) and employment opportunities. residents live in home-like settings, supported by centerstone direct support professionals (dsps) who assist them in learning to perform activities of daily living; address special medical needs; and provide personal care to residents. during fy 2025 centerstone supported over 45 clients living in 9 group homes to find independence and fulfillment through its group homes.

Centerstone of illinois serves children, youth, adults and families through mental health counseling, substance use treatment, life skills enrichment programs, and specialized services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. each year, centerstone of illinois services more than 10,000 people of all ages in southern illinois and the metro east st. louis area. centerstone of illinois is accredited by carf international.centerstone accepts most insurance and private pay for services, and are able to offer care through additional contracts and grants from federal, state and local government, as well as philanthropic donations from foundations, corporations and individuals.
