I-car's vision is that every person in the collision repair industry has the information, knowledge and skills required to perform complete, safe and quality repairs for the ultimate benefit of the consumer.

Testing: during 2024, i-car conducted 9,161 welding training and certification events comprised of 15,509 students. i-car conducted 6,977 hands-on skill development events comprised of 11,742 students.
Communications: through website, e-newsletter, meetings and conferences, i-car provides a communication forum on proper collision repair for i-car members, other professionals in the collision repair industry and the public.
