The mission is to lead our community in the fight against hunger. the vision is that no one has to go hungry in our community.
Fulfill mobile pantry program distributed 4,311,408 pounds of food to those who are hungry throughout our five-county footprint. the goal of the fulfull mobile pantry program is to expand the capacity of harry chapin food bank to make food more accessible in underserved and high need areas where families with limited resources may not be able to access food through traditional grocery stores.
Care and share senior feeding program distributed 1,552,585 pounds of food to individuals over the age of 60 years with gross income at or below 2.65% of the federal poverty line in charlotte, collier and lee counties. for the seniors enrolled in the program, their nutritional needs are being supplemented by our monthly food distributions.
