Home attendant/housekeeper program started in 08/01/11 the human resource administration mandated a transition to a new model using managed care organizations and managed long-term care organizations to provide the services to clients previously served through the hra model. effective june 30, 2013, 1,141 of the clients had been transitioned to this model.
