Brunswick is an independent college-preparatory day school for boys in grades pre-k through 12. students succeed by annually advancing matriculation, culminating with a 100% placement record for senior boys at nationally recognized, highly competitive colleges and universities. brunswick school holds long-standing accreditation by the new england association of schools and colleges.
Athletics are an essential part of the school's mission of educating the whole boy and all of our boys participate in athletic and good sportsmanship endeavors during the academic day. boys in grades 7 and above participate in interscholastic competitions after-school. fitness and many sports are supported at the suburban greenwich campuses, which include a hockey rink, a natatorium, a squash facility, tennis courts, a track and field facility and indoor gyms and many natural grass and synthetic fields with organic infill. a boathouse that supports the school's crew program is situated along the byram river in greenwich. the sailing program is run along the long-island sound.
Student services include the efforts made by the following departments: college guidance, health and wellness, experiential learning, after-school and summer programming, student transportation and the bookstore. these departments complete and support the learning outside the traditional classroom and beyond the academic year. faculty along with other professionals encourage and provide opportunities for brunswick boys to develop the creative and independent qualities of mind necessary for intellectual maturity and increased self-confidence.
