Form 990-EZ
Form 990-EZ is a shorter annual return that smaller tax-exempt organizations may file instead of the full Form 990.
It's available to organizations under IRS gross-receipts and asset thresholds. Because it omits the detailed functional-expense split, 990-EZ filers can't be scored on program efficiency and are instead assessed on overall financial health.
